Your heart is your primary guidance system, and your brain is your secondary. Spiritual traditions share about the importance of moving from the head to the heart, but in today’s world, this is easier said than done! Breathing meditation is the fastest way to get out of your head and drop into your heart. This technique overrides the thinking part of your brain that just won’t stop chattering! When you listen to your thoughts and believe them, good and bad thoughts can easily keep you stuck in your head. When you shut it off, you instantly feel connected to your greatest power source… your beautiful heart. Your heart speaks quietly but it always speaks truth. It will reveal your true purpose and direct you towards lasting joy and fulfillment if you give it a chance.
During this session, you’ll let your heart speak and what it has to say may surprise you! Let’s get you out of your head and back into your heart, where you belong. When we fill our bodies with oxygen it helps clear negative emotions and traumas from our sympathetic nervous system, reducing stress and other stored emotions that you have locked deep within. After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system.
Hypnosis and meditation are both trance states that result in similar brain wave patterns. I’ll guide you through the hypnosis using a guided meditation along with a deeply beautiful vibrational music that was created just for this purpose. We will dive into the meditation after the breathwork portion is complete.

Details:
We will be doing this via Zoom so you can do it using your cell phone if you prefer as you will be lying down on your back in a comfortable position, while music is playing to help motivate, relax, and release anything that’s stuck. I will ask that you keep your video turned off as to not distract the others in the group. This is for YOU. It’s important that you focus solely on yourself for this.
